Forex Indicator : Relative Strength Index

There are several Forex indicators you can use to predict currency movements. Some you need to purchase and others are free. One forex indicator is the Relative Strength Index, or RSI. This index is a measure of the ratio of appreciations to depreciations expressed between the values of 0 to 100. If you take a look at an RSI graph and notice that the value is high (greater than 70 or so), this suggests that prices have risen higher than the market expected them to, or the currency was ‘overbought’. A low RSI value (lower than 30) suggests that the rate did the opposite, or was ‘oversold’.

Forex Indicator : Fibonacci Numbers

Fibonacci numbers is another forex indicator that can be used to make decisions on whether to buy or sell. Using a ‘Fibonacci retracement’ strategy, it is possible to decide whether a change in trend (a change from depreciation to appreciation, or vice-versa) is likely to occur, although the strategy involved in doing so is rather complex, and an explanation of the strategy is likely to be way beyond the scope of this article. If you are an experienced Forex trader, taking a look at the Fibonacci retracement strategy could be a great way to make buying and selling decisions.

Remember, Forex trading involves alot of  risk, so it is possible to both gain money and lose money, so consider yourself warned about this fact!

As this news got out Apple shares fell as much as 7.7 percent in German trading to 240.10 euros ($319). The shares closed at $348.48 in New York on Friday.

Under ERISA, which is Federal law, defined contribution and defined benefit plans are protected from creditors in bankruptcy actions. Almost all US states extend this protection to their own courts in civil actions.

In one case, a California physician who operated his practice as a corporation filed for bankruptcy. The physician had accumulated nearly $2 million in a retirment plan. California like many other states exempts assets in a retirement plan from liquadation.

The physician’s creditors challenged the $ 2 million exemption on the grounds that it was unfair. The court agreed with the creditors that the exemption was unfair but the court found it was powerless to ignore the exemption. As a result the physician eliminated all of his debts and walked away from bankruptcy with $ 2 million. Had he withdrawn that $ 2 million from the corporation and invested it in a personal portfolio outside of a retirement plan, he would have lost the $ 2 million.

A word of note not all retirement plans are protected from creditors. A retirement plan is not protected under ERISA if it covers only owners and spouses. You need other participating employees.
