Yelp the online reviewer of businesses has announced tentative plans for an IPO. According to news sources Yelp has recruited Goldman Sachs and Citigroup to lead its initial public offering of stock.

New Times Says Yelp IPO will or may happen in the first quarter of 2012. Yelp is expected to file its prospectus by the end of this year. It is in the prospectus that will know  Yelp IPO price. Analyst estimate the IPO will value the company at $1.5 billion – $2 billion.
